How does it work?:
- you normally agree a price with a seller “subject to survey”.
- call or e-mail me and we’ll discuss your requirements.
- I’ll send you a proposal setting out the project.
- We can discuss and you sign the agreement and pay 50% of the cost.
- I will undertake the work advising you of anything that was unable to be carried out or perhaps where a further expert is needed.
- you will be invoiced for the other 50%.
- as soon as paid, the report will be e-mailed to you.
- The standard fee is €12 per foot, single hull, €18 for a catamaran.
- there is a minimum fee of €275.
- Surveys outside my location may incur a travel cost.
